Our History
It all began in 1996. Charbel and Georgette, originally from Lebanon and passionate about cooking, opened their first restaurant, Al Boustan.
The name “Al Boustan” translates to “The Garden”, a place that evokes freshness and conviviality, values that perfectly match the spirit of the house.
Inspired by the traditional flavors of their country, Charbel and Georgette have been able to transmit their love of Lebanese gastronomy through authentic and generous recipes, passed down from generation to generation.
Today, the house offers cuisine inspired by Lebanese street food, as well as typical dishes from Lebanese homes, such as those shared with family. Al Boustan is located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement and also offers a delivery service for all types of receptions: weddings, corporate events, birthdays, baptisms, first communions, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, private parties, seminars, business cocktails, end-of-year meals, product launches, and other festive events.
At Al Boustan, every dish tells a story, a journey of flavors and traditions. We would be honored to be part of your most precious moments and share with you the warmth and soul of Lebanese cuisine.
